The Role
Work with an AI research agent to produce political research briefings. The agent provides a research outline. You bring the experience, judgment, and real-world understanding needed to develop it into a useful report.
Your knowledge of how political decisions are made, along with your understanding of local context and relevant professional sources, helps explain what the available evidence means in practice. You will work on political topics where you have direct knowledge.
What You'll Do
Use the AI-provided research outline as the starting point for each assignment.
Research the assigned political topic and write a clear, evidence-based briefing.
Apply your experience and understanding of local political processes to explain the real-world context.
Use relevant public sources and professional knowledge to strengthen the analysis.
Note important uncertainties and distinguish evidence from assessment.
Deliver each report according to the agreed scope and deadline.
What We're Looking For
Direct experience in political research or political decision-making. Experience in government, parliament, diplomacy, political parties, think tanks, defence, journalism, or related work is relevant.
Strong knowledge of at least one European country and a working understanding of EU institutions.
Sound judgment and the ability to explain how political developments affect real-world decisions.
Based in Europe and able to work remotely part-time.

Compensation
