Position: Senior Pre-Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Pre-Sales
Experience: 3+ years in pre-sales, preferably in real estate
Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for the first year; Banashankari, Bengaluru, thereafter
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA, depending on skills and experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle prospective customers and convert leads into property site visits.
Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
Generate leads from the existing customer database.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team and provide inputs to improve lead quality.
Maintain lead records and track follow-ups and site-visit conversions.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit conversion rates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in real estate pre-sales.
Experience working with residential real estate builders or developers.
Proven ability to generate and drive site visits.
Strong communication, customer engagement, and follow-up skills.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
Willingness to work from Yelahanka for one year and subsequently from Banashankari.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
