Role Description
The Creator Partnerships Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for
identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with travel influencers and content creators. In this role, the manager will source and evaluate potential partners, manage outreach campaigns, negotiate collaboration terms, and coordinate ongoing influencer activities across social platforms. The role involves closely monitoring campaign performance, tracking key metrics, and sharing insights to optimize future partnerships. The manager will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align influencer initiatives with brand goals, ensure smooth execution of creator-led campaigns, and support creators in effectively using Alike’s platform. Regular tasks include maintaining an organized partnerships pipeline, handling day-to-day communication with influencers, and representing Alike professionally at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Hands-on experience in influencer marketing, including outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.
Knowledge of social media marketing, platform analytics, and trends across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Understanding of public relations practices, including brand representation and stakeholder communication.
Good sales skills, including lead generation, pitching partnership opportunities, and supporting revenue-focused initiatives.
3–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, creator management, or a related field; experience in the creator or travel ecosystem is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interest in travel, creator economy, and digital platforms; familiarity with travel marketplaces or online booking tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
