An opportunity to establish, lead, and expand a comprehensive Home Healthcare Department.
Kshetrapal Multispeciality Hospital, a well-established 200-bed multispeciality hospital in Ajmer, invites applications from experienced healthcare professionals to develop and independently manage its new Home Healthcare Services Division.

Approximately 500 OPD patients daily
Around 40 inpatient admissions daily
Experienced physicians, cardiologists, neurologists, and other super-specialists
Advanced laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic facilities
An established patient base and comprehensive hospital infrastructure
We aim to extend quality hospital-supported healthcare to patients in the comfort of their homes, particularly elderly patients, individuals with chronic illnesses, and patients requiring post-hospitalisation care.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Establishing and managing the Home Healthcare Department
Developing home nursing, physiotherapy, doctor visits, and medical attendant services
Organising post-discharge care and chronic disease management programmes
Developing elderly care and home-based patient monitoring services
Coordinating home sample collection, diagnostics, and specialist consultations
Recruiting, training, and supervising qualified home healthcare personnel
Ensuring patient safety, service quality, and timely medical escalation
Developing patient referrals, marketing strategies, and sustainable departmental revenue
Eligibility
Candidates should have proven experience in establishing, managing, or expanding home healthcare services, preferably with a reputed hospital or organised home healthcare company.
Preference will be given to professionals who have successfully developed home nursing, elderly care, chronic disease management, or hospital-at-home programmes and can demonstrate measurable business growth.

The initial six months will focus on establishing services, developing a reliable healthcare team, enrolling patients, and demonstrating revenue-generating potential.
Following a satisfactory six-month performance and revenue review, the successful candidate will be considered for a long-term leadership arrangement with enhanced remuneration, greater responsibilities, and performance-linked growth opportunities.
