Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for the Workbench platform.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end system testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using standard defect tracking tools.
Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure alignment on requirements.
Support the implementation of test automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
Ensure all testing activities and deliverables adhere to the bank's quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
