Customer Service Administrator/Logistician

We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Administrator a warehouse & incoming logistics technician to support our repair and production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming equipment, registering product information, managing labelling activities, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive devices and equipment from customers and carriers.
Identify products and record serial numbers and other relevant data in company systems.
Create, print, and apply product and shipment labels.
Open and inspect incoming packages.
Prepare, pack, and dispatch outgoing shipments.
Create and manage service tickets.
Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy and material traceability.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
Support logistics, repair, and production teams with material handling activities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with ERP systems.
Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling product information.
Ability to identify and distinguish different electronic products and components.
Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or electronics environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with warehouse software.
Basic understanding of electronic devices and manufacturing processes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy and organization, and wants to support the production and repair of electronic equipment used in the railway industry.
Benefits
We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the metal-mechanical sector, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €24,000 and €30,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.
In addition, in line with company policy and applicable collective agreements, we offer:
