Role Description The Technician will work on-site in Surat in a full-time capacity, performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, tools, or systems as assigned. Responsibilities include identifying faults, replacing or repairing defective parts, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all work completed in a clear and accurate manner. The role involves following safety procedures, using appropriate tools and protective equipment, and coordinating with supervisors and colleagues to plan and prioritize tasks. The Technician will interact with customers in a professional manner, explain work performed when needed, and ensure that service quality meets company standards. This position may also include assisting in inventory management for spare parts, supporting installation projects, and participating in ongoing training to build technical skills.
Qualifications
Possess basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities relevant to technician work.
Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and accurately.
Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to follow technical instructions, manuals, and safety guidelines.
Effective communication skills to work with supervisors, team members, and customers on-site.
Ability to maintain clear records of work performed, including reports, checklists, and service logs.
Willingness to work full time on-site in Surat, with flexibility for varied tasks and schedules as needed.
Secondary school education or technical diploma/certificate in a relevant field is preferred.
Prior experience in a technician, maintenance, or field-service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
