Job Title: Technical Lead – 4G/5G L3 Protocol Development
Experience: 12+ Years
Location : Delhi, Bangalore
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in 4G LTE/5G NR Layer 3 (L3) protocol software development and technical leadership.
Mandatory Skills:
12+ years of hands-on 4G/5G L3 software development experience.
Strong expertise in RRC and LTE/5G control-plane protocols – S1AP, X2AP, NGAP, F1AP, E1AP, and XnAP.
Deep knowledge of 3GPP LTE (36-series) and 5G NR (38-series) specifications.
Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, Linux, multi-threading, and state-machine design.
Expertise in mobility management, handovers, EN-DC/NR-DC, cell reselection, and RLF troubleshooting.
Experience in technical leadership, root-cause analysis, and large-scale software delivery.
Hands-on protocol trace analysis using Wireshark.
Good to Have: GTP-U, DPDK, VPP, Docker, Kubernetes, QCAT, Viavi, Spirent Landslide, and IxLoad.
