Job Description – IT Trainer
Organization: Society for Participatory Integrated Development (SPID SMART)
Job Title: IT Trainer / Computer Trainer
Location: Nangloi, Delhi
Gender Preference: Male
Salary: Starting from ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver computer training to students in a classroom setting.
Teach basic computer applications, MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant IT skills.
Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on computer practical sessions.
Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.
Support students in developing computer skills and employability.
Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
Assist students with practical tasks and resolve basic computer-related issues.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Graduate ( from any program)
Good knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
Previous experience in computer teaching or IT training preferred.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
Willingness to work at the Nangloi centre.
