Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to candidate management, interview coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Connect with candidates, conduct initial outreach, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain updated recruitment trackers.
Support walk-in interviews, hiring drives, and other recruitment initiatives.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview updates, offer acceptance, joining formalities, and onboarding requirements.
Assist with pre-joining documentation and maintain accurate employee records.
Support day-to-day HR operations, administrative tasks, and internal coordination.
Maintain HR databases, recruitment reports, and other relevant documentation using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and internal initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and HR processes.
Perform additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by the team.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
Graduates in any discipline are preferred.
Students who have completed their examinations and are awaiting results or graduation formalities are also eligible to apply.
Candidates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, particularly recruitment and HR operations, are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other MS Office tools.
Ability to multitask, coordinate with different stakeholders, and work in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
