VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineer(

We are looking for VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineers with 2–4 years of experience in Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT Infrastructure Support.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Experience in Citrix / VMware Horizon / VDI or IT Infrastructure support.
Good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and global stakeholders.
Candidates should be comfortable working in US / rotational shifts.
Willingness to work from office in Bangalore.
Mandatory Requirements:
3–4 years of relevant experience.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Candidates must have experience in Citrix or Horizon or VDI or IT Infrastructure.
Willingness to work US / rotational shifts from the Bangalore office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and global stakeholders.
Notice Period - immediate to 15 days
