Role Description: The Junior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tronica City, Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role involves handling daily accounting entries, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The Junior Accountant will support invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking, as well as help prepare basic financial reports and documentation for audits and compliance. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely financial records and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in basic accounting, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Candidates should possess skills in invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software, spreadsheet tools, and data entry with attention to detail.
Candidates should possess skills in financial documentation, record keeping, and support for audit and compliance activities.
Candidates should possess strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant education such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
