Role Type: Sales Manager –Hiring for a leading NBFC. Candidates must be graduates in any discipline, aged up to 35 years, with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Experience in sales and field-oriented roles is required. Candidates with backgrounds in Home Loans, LAP, Housing Finance, NBFC, Banking or Retail Assetsare preferred. CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA, based on experience and selection.
Location: Mahabubnagar and Karimnagar, Telangana
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate business leads for financial products, including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP) and other retail lending products.
Source potential customers through field visits, references, referrals and local market networks.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates and repayment terms to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
Follow up on leads, applications and loan disbursements to ensure timely conversion.
Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and improve customer acquisition.
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards and applicable lending guidelines.
