Founder Content Creator / Personal Brand Associate

About the Role
Workcave is looking for a curious, organised, and proactive individual to work closely with a founder on content and communications. The role involves two workstreams: supporting the founder's personal brand and helping a YouTube creator with video filming and publishing on designated days. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, identifying interesting stories, creating content, and taking ownership in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the founder to identify stories, business experiences, insights, and opinions that can be developed into LinkedIn content.
• Maintain a pipeline of content ideas and coordinate with an external personal branding agency.
• Capture photographs and short videos at selected events.
• Research relevant podcasts, speaking opportunities, events, and professional networking opportunities.
• Support a YouTube creator with filming, content preparation, uploading, and publishing videos on scheduled days.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
What We're Looking For
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Interest in content creation, personal branding, digital media, or public relations.
• Comfort with basic photography, video recording, and digital content tools.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently while managing two defined workstreams.
