Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. IT / B. Tech IT / Diploma in IT or equivalent
Experience: 3–6 years in IT administration and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Business One (SAP B1) user support and coordination with SAP vendors.
LAN/WAN networking, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewall management.
Server management, data backup, recovery and cybersecurity.
CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and surveillance system maintenance.
Biometric attendance and access control system management, including MyHROne integration.
Weighbridge networking, software connectivity and SAP integration support.
Vehicle Tracking System (VTS/GPS) monitoring and troubleshooting.
Desktop, laptop, printer, software and IT asset management.
Vendor coordination, AMC management and resolution of IT-related issues.
Required Skills: Hands-on troubleshooting, network security, Windows Server, IT infrastructure management and coordination with different departments.
