Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the development of compelling visual narratives and brand experiences for a Contract position based in New York, New York. This role is ideal for a creative leader who can translate business goals into distinctive design direction across digital and print channels. You will guide branding initiatives, shape high-impact creative concepts, and ensure consistent execution through strong design standards and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative direction for brand identity projects, ensuring a cohesive visual presence across all customer-facing materials.
• Develop original concepts and design strategies that align with organizational objectives and elevate brand recognition.
• Oversee the creation of graphic assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Illustrator, for campaigns, presentations, and branded content.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to turn ideas and business needs into clear, effective visual solutions.
• Direct and refine visual branding systems, including typography, color usage, imagery, and layout standards.
• Use Figma and other design platforms to review, present, and evolve creative work throughout the design process.
• Maintain high design quality by providing feedback, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring consistency across projects.
• Demonstrated experience serving in a Creative Director or senior creative leadership capacity.
• Strong expertise in corporate identity development and broader visual branding strategy.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, for high-quality design execution.
• Solid background in graphic design with a portfolio that reflects concept development and brand-building work.
• Experience using Figma to support collaborative design workflows and creative reviews.
• Ability to create original creative concepts and translate them into effective, business-aligned deliverables.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to varied audiences.
