Digital Content & Events Executive at SVAR Group
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and multi-skilled individual to manage and execute end-to-end digital and event-related tasks for SVAR Media and SVAR Gems. This role requires someone who can take ownership, adapt to different responsibilities, and deliver without excuses — whether it’s social media, website updates, event coverage, or client coordination
Key Responsibilities:
⏺️ Manage social media accounts for SVAR Media & SVAR Gems — from content planning to posting and engaging with audiences
⏺️ Create creatives, short videos, and reels for brand campaigns, festivities, birthdays, and other occasions using Photoshop & Premiere Pro (or equivalent)
⏺️ Publish and update blog posts on WordPress for both websites, ensuring basic formatting and presentation standards
⏺️ Coordinate with SEO and Development teams for website-related requirements and follow-ups
⏺️ Cover events with photography and short video clips for social and promotional use
⏺️ Attend events, represent the company professionally, and support on-ground activities
⏺️ Follow up with clients for advertisements, quotes, articles, and reminders
⏺️ Handle any additional creative, digital, or coordination tasks needed to support the business
Requirements:
⏺️ Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
⏺️ Basic WordPress knowledge (adding/editing posts, images, and formatting)
⏺️ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
⏺️ Photography and basic videography skills
⏺️ Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
⏺️ Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, creative development, video editing, research, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and support digital and event-related activities
⏺️ Positive, “no-task-is-too-small” attitude with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
