PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer | 2–4 Years Experience
Apple Electroniks is looking for an experienced PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in industrial automation and machine manufacturing.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of relevant hands-on experience in PLC programming.
Strong experience in PLC & HMI programming using FATEK PLC & Kinco HMI.
Ladder Logic, machine sequence development, HMI screens, alarms & notifications.
Servo, Stepper & VFD control.
Analog I/O: 0–10V & 4–20mA scaling.
Programming/understanding of sensors, load cells, pressure & temperature control.
Ability to understand I/O architecture, sensors, actuators and control logic.
Read and prepare electrical/wiring diagrams.
PLC/HMI troubleshooting, machine testing and commissioning.
Independently handle Programming → Testing → Commissioning.
Maintain program backups, documentation and version control.
SCADA experience is an added advantage.
Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Automation or related field.
Important: This is a hands-on programming position. Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or basic PLC training without practical machine-automation experience are not suitable.
Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience are requested to apply.
