Broad outline of the Role
Operational role that works under direct supervision, responsible for supporting day-to-day DTS operations, primarily related to customer onboarding and Portal enhancement requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Engineer with hands on experience knowledge on BI & Excel. With 4-5 years of experience on handling large excel data.

Key Responsibilities
Support CSG DTS team for feed into product digital garages.
Keep user teams of assigned business units updated regarding product garage progress information.
Track and report successful completion of each Product garage to respective business units
Drive customer self-serve onboarding on TCx portal engaging with Sales/ CSMs
