Role Description The Tax Intern role at StratosNex is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The intern will support tax planning and tax preparation activities, including gathering financial data, assisting in the preparation of tax returns, and helping to maintain accurate tax records. Day-to-day tasks include researching tax regulations, assisting with tax compliance, organizing documentation, and supporting senior team members with routine tax and finance-related tasks. The intern will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure that tax filings are completed accurately and on time while gaining hands-on experience in tax law and finance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation to support compliance and optimization of tax obligations.
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in Tax and Tax Law to interpret regulations and apply them to practical cases.
Candidates should possess core Finance knowledge to analyze financial data and understand its impact on tax-related decisions.
Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or academic project experience in taxation is an advantage.
