Job Description – Property Advisor
K9 Realty | Wakad, Pune
At K9 Realty, we help homebuyers make the right property decisions through ethical and transparent real estate consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Maintain strong knowledge of projects, pricing, and payment plans.
Handle client follow-ups, site visits, and booking closures.
Maintain CRM records and follow company processes.
Attend daily team meetings and regular training sessions.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Disciplined, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
