Job Description:
General Laborer / Utility – Baltimore, OH
$25.96/hour | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule | Approximately 14 Days per Month
Career Progression
General Laborer / Utility → Winder Helper→ Operator → Back Tender → Machine Tender
Must Be Available for Both Day & Night Shifts
6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Employees rotate between day and night shifts every two weeks.
Quarterly Bonus Target: 10%
Position Summary
The General Laborer / Utility supports mill operations by performing a variety of production, material-handling, housekeeping, and utility duties. This position requires the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Support production and mill operations as needed.
Operate equipment and assist with material handling.
Perform general labor, housekeeping, and utility duties.
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
Work effectively with operators, mechanics, and other mill personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to safely perform physically demanding work.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Compensation Range:
The pay for this position is $25.96 per hour. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
