Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Goa, India, working closely with the founder and core team. The Founder office intern will support day-to-day strategic and operational activities, including preparing briefs, presentations, and reports, and assisting with project coordination across engineering, product, and business functions. Responsibilities may include conducting market and technology research, drafting internal and external communications, documenting processes, and helping organize meetings, demos, and stakeholder interactions. The intern will also contribute to planning timelines, tracking key deliverables, and maintaining knowledge repositories to ensure smooth execution of initiatives in the hyperspectral imaging domain. The role offers exposure to early-stage company building and requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and readiness to take ownership of diverse tasks.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, including structured problem-solving and synthesis of technical and market information.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
Organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks, track timelines, and support cross-functional projects.
Comfort with technology-focused environments; ability to quickly learn basic concepts in imaging, optics, AI, or related fields.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, slide presentations) and basic data handling.
Ability to work on-site in Goa, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and maintain confidentiality on strategic initiatives.
Preferred: Academic background in engineering, physics, computer science, management, or a related discipline; prior internship or project experience in startups, deep-tech, or research settings is an advantage.
