We are actively seeking a highly motivated Employer Branding Senior Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company's employer brand presence across social media and review sites.
Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
Create engaging content highlighting company culture and employee testimonials.
Analyze existing workflows to design, propose, and implement major process improvements.
Develop and execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
Ability to analyze recruitment marketing KPIs and optimize spend.
