YOUR TRACK RECORD
Academic Excellence: Achieved a 2:1 or First Class degree from a top university.
Demonstrated Leadership: Proven leadership capability shown through employment, university positions (e.g. society committee member, sports team captain, course rep), community projects, or team coordination.
Commercial Exposure or Sales Aptitude: Prior experience in customer-facing, sales, brand ambassador, event management, or fundraising roles that showcase your interpersonal impact and negotiation skills.
No Prior Recruitment Experience Required: While recruiting experience isn't necessary, a track record of taking initiative, surpassing targets, or self-starting projects is essential.
