Role Description
The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
This role involves managing day-to-day communication with clients, understanding their objectives, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns and content.
Responsibilities include preparing and delivering presentations, tracking project progress, and addressing client queries and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
The Client Servicing Executive will also support account planning, maintain documentation of ongoing work, and contribute to building long-term client relationships that align with Rhythmed Media’s standards of service.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
Ability to create and deliver clear, engaging Presentations for client updates, proposals, and reviews.
Customer Service capabilities to respond promptly, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
Account Management experience to oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and organization.
Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
