Senior Specialist, Logistics & Customer Service 2

The Logistics and Customer Service Specialist role is responsible for coordinating and executing activities to support inbound and outbound shipping for FDBN. This includes shipments of samples and product to support tech transfers, client programs, and commercial demand. This role provides guidance and support for both daily operations and projects as it relates to commercial operations and client needs. The specialist supports and collaborates with internal departments, such as Warehouse, Tech Transfer teams, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Process Science, as needed, to build and maintain stakeholder relations.
