Drupal Developer ( ONLY USC)

This role is fully Remote, there will be off-hour support needs occasionally when code is pushed to production.
HIGHLIGHTS FOR ALL SUBS:
Must have Drupal 10 or 11 development experience in most recent role
Must have recent and relevant Acquia Cloud experience
The team is hiring one full-stack contractor to support Capital One’s external developer portal, built on Drupal and Acquia Cloud.
The immediate priority is the Drupal 10-to-11 upgrade.
Key Topics
Required experience: Hands-on Drupal and Acquia Cloud experience. Drupal 10/11 experience is preferred; Drupal 11 and migration experience are advantageous but not mandatory. .
Work: A mix of development and maintenance, including vulnerability and bug fixes, portal upgrades, and work on a customized environment with roughly 20 custom modules and 40 contributed modules. PHP experience is a plus.
Work Schedule: Candidates should generally align with core team hours. Planned maintenance may occur outside business hours—typically in a late-night window (roughly 9 p.m.–2/3 a.m.)—but is expected fewer than five times during the contract. Flexibility is needed; there is no overtime, and hours can be made up during the week.
