Job Description
managing invoices entails:
Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) in SAP
Obtaining and validating Invoices for accuracy
Approving / Rejecting / Correcting Invoices in SAP
SAP activities require us to follow AP and C&P processes, Identifying OA #s etc, creating PRs, follow-up on PO’s, creating SES’s, etc.
Significant manual effort outside of SAP is also required:
Chasing vendors for timely invoices
Chasing vendors to correct invoice amounts, budgets, etc.
Chasing AP on updates on missing invoices, invoice issues, scanning
Tracking invoice history for LoS reporting
