Support effective use of data for systems improvement, including identifying relevant datasets and indicators, examining quantitative and qualitative information, strengthening data collection and data-use routines, and helping partners apply findings to planning and decision-making.
Support cross-agency and cross-system collaboration among education, vocational rehabilitation, workforce, postsecondary, disability, and other partners by facilitating shared priorities, leadership structures, communication, coordination, and joint implementation.
Apply research, policy, evidence-based and promising practices, and implementation frameworks to help partners select appropriate strategies, understand relevant policy contexts, adapt approaches for local fit, and strengthen implementation quality.
