We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Head to lead large-scale industrial warehouse, industrial shed and PEB construction projects, with complete ownership from project initiation to final handover.
This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader with a strong track record of delivering large, high-value industrial projects, managing execution teams, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring timely, cost-effective, quality-driven project delivery. This is a leadership role requiring proven end-to-end project ownership, not just site supervision or departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of industrial warehouses, industrial sheds and PEB construction projects.
Own the complete project lifecycle, from initial agreement and planning through design coordination, construction, commissioning and final handover.
Manage large-scale projects exceeding 3 lakh sq. ft. and projects valued at ₹100 crore or above.
Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and cost control.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural designers, contractors, vendors and clients.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, technical specifications and project timelines.
Monitor progress, resolve execution challenges and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Ensure successful commissioning and formal handover of completed projects.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in industrial sheds, warehouses and PEB construction.
Proven track record of personally managing and handing over large-scale industrial construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in high-value projects, preferably ₹100 crore or above.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, execution capability and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work full-time at the project site in Chomu Tehsil, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
