Compensation: ₹2,500/month (with performance-based increments and full-time conversion potential in 3 months)
About the Role
Marxen is looking for a proactive Community & Operations Intern to help keep our daily processes running smoothly. In this hands-on support role, you will assist the core business development team with essential day-to-day tasks, client follow-ups, and basic data organization. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to learn the ropes of startup operations, community management, and client relations while working directly alongside the core team.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Tracking: Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets to keep our operational data and client pipelines organized.
Client Follow-ups: Handle routine follow-ups with our community of clients via direct messaging, ensuring consistent communication and that nothing falls through the cracks.
Presentations & Docs: Assist in putting together clean PowerPoint presentations and formatting basic business documents.
Scheduling & Support: Help set up meetings, manage calendars, and take care of daily administrative tasks to support the business development team. (Note: All tasks will be fully guided and assisted by the team).
Who We Are Looking For
Someone with strong basic organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and standard workspace tools.
Clear, polite written communication skills for everyday messaging and client follow-ups.
A reliable team player who is eager to learn and willing to handle everyday operational tasks.
Slight prior experience with basic operations, documentation, or community management is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is the priority.
