Role Description The Finance Executive will work on-site in Bihar, India in a full-time capacity, supporting the company’s financial operations and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring cash flows, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with relevant regulations, and proper handling of Goods and Services Tax (GST) documentation and filings. The Finance Executive will analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support management decisions. The position also requires coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain timely and reliable financial information.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and improve financial performance.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate records and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) for proper calculation, documentation, and filing.
Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and financial software, along with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
