Job Title: GCP DevOps Engineer + Harness
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced GCP DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Harness, Ansible, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment strategies across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deployment automation.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance application deployment processes.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless software releases.
Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices across DevOps processes.
Manage containerized workloads and deployment strategies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for DevOps maturity and operational excellence.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of cloud environments.
Required Skills :
Strong experience with Harness CI/CD platform.
Expertise in Ansible for automation and configuration management.
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is preferred).
Experience with Git, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong scripting skills using Shell, Python, or similar languages.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Preferred Skills :
GCP Certifications (Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or equivalent).
Experience with Kubernetes (GKE).
Knowledge of security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
