Recruiting Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves providing administrative and scheduling support throughout the recruiting process for an organization focused on administrative and HR support services. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring efficient recruiting operations, accurate documentation, and a positive candidate experience.
Position Overview for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Support the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, and managing recruiting-related communications.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, and providing status updates.
Facilitate a smooth recruitment process by supporting candidate engagement and process efficiency.
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with professionalism and attention to detail.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience through strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Prior recruiting, HR, or administrative support experience.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to coordinate calendars and schedule interviews effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
