Continuous Improvement Analyst

We’re looking for a continuous improvement analyst to join our team on an beautiful manufacturing and AI project.
What you’ll do
Analyse video recordings of production processes to identify waste, deviations and improvement opportunities
Verify, clean and validate process and production data
Prepare structured findings and summaries for the technical and Customer teams
Support the Customer team in back-office mode, working on specific requests
Take part in team meetings and workshops
What we’re looking for
Degree in engineering, industrial management, data analysis or a related field
First exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement or manufacturing environments;
Strong attention to detail and patience with data
Working level of English, written and spoken
Reliable, structured and eager to learn

Full-time contract (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) for 9+ months
Occasional international travel
