Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring responsiveness and performance. The role involves troubleshooting issues, refactoring existing code, and collaborating on technical solutions that align with project requirements. The developer will also participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and support deployment and ongoing enhancements of applications.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development to design, build, and maintain complete web applications.
Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
Experience in Back-End Web Development, including working with server-side frameworks, APIs, and databases.
Solid understanding of common web technologies and programming languages (such as JavaScript, HTML, and one or more back-end languages like Node.js, Python, or Java).
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and to participate constructively in code reviews.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and standard development workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
