Senior Financial Consolidation Consultant

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, and results-oriented individual to join our consulting team as a Senior Financial Consolidation Consultant.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job will be a great mix between Finance and IT, allowing you to use your financial skills to help the Office of Finance automate their Consolidation & Close processes, Regulatory Reporting processes, Budgeting & Forecasting etc.
You will constantly need to translate finance business requirements into a data flow that you design and then you implement by using CCH Tagetik functionalities, especially linked with the Consolidation processes of a company.
WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in financial roles such as Financial Controller, Financial Analyst, or Consolidation & Reporting Specialist
Strong hands-on experience in financial consolidation and group reporting
Solid knowledge of IFRS (mandatory) and good understanding of GAAP
Deep understanding of financial processes within a company
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent English
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Previous experience with CCH Tagetik (implementation or key user)
Experience with other EPM / consolidation tools
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
Exposure to finance transformation or system implementation projects
Basic SQL knowledge
YOUR ROLE IN INULTA:
Lead and support implementation projects of CCH Tagetik, with a focus on financial consolidation and reporting modules
Analyse client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
Design and implement consolidation processes (intercompany eliminations, ownership structures, adjustments, etc.) within Tagetik
Support clients in defining and improving group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Provide expertise on IFRS/GAAP requirements and ensure proper system alignment
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and testing during implementation phases
Collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders (Finance, Controlling, IT)
Deliver user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within finance functions
Stay up to date with market trends and Tagetik functionalities
BOOTCAMP PERIOD:
The first step of the journey will be to become independent with the CCH Tagetik platform. You will receive a 2 to 3 months formal on-boarding, access to a big knowledge base, a mentoring process and ongoing access to the knowledge of our team members.

Tagetik – WEB interface and Excel Add-In Reporting interface:
• WEB Platform with many functionalities for the automation of financial activities that sits on top of a SQL database.
