Job Overview
Seeking a SOFICO Miles QA / Test Analyst with 5+ years in QA, testing, or business analysis. Hands-on SOFICO Miles experience is mandatory, along with functional testing, UAT coordination, and business/technical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end QA and testing within SOFICO Miles.
* Design, prepare, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements.
* Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and testers to investigate and resolve defects.
* Guide testers on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows.
* Translate business requirements into test scenarios and validation criteria.
* Align testing with business expectations and project deliverables.
* Improve testing methodologies, QA processes, and quality standards.
* Coordinate testing across business and technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Mandatory: Hands-on SOFICO Miles experience.
* 5+ years in QA, software testing, or business analysis.
* Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test design, execution, and defect management.
* Experience supporting or coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
* Ability to translate business/functional requirements into test scenarios.
* Ability to guide testers on SOFICO Miles workflows.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Good written and spoken English.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Automotive finance, leasing, or car-leasing experience.
* Experience guiding testing teams or improving QA processes.
* Previous experience with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).
* French or Dutch proficiency.
Important Screening Criteria
* Hands-on SOFICO Miles expertise is the primary screening criterion.
* General QA, testing, or Business Analyst experience without practical Miles expertise is insufficient.
* Business Analysts with Miles experience are equally suitable if they can support testing, guide testers, and coordinate UAT.
* Candidates must demonstrate practical knowledge of Miles workflows, functional testing, and business requirement validation.
