Job Summary
JCNT Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Elevator Installation Technician – Electrical to carry out electrical installation, wiring, control panel connections, and testing of elevator systems at project sites across Northeast India.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform electrical wiring and installation of elevator systems at project sites.
* Install and connect elevator control panels, motor wiring, travelling cables, and shaft wiring.
* Carry out wiring and connections for Car Operating Panels (COP), Landing Operating Panels (LOP), sensors, door operators, and safety circuits.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
* Perform electrical testing, fault identification, troubleshooting, and rectification.
* Assist with elevator testing, commissioning, and final handover.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company procedures, and installation quality requirements.
* Coordinate with mechanical installation technicians, site supervisors, and project managers.
* Maintain installation tools, equipment, and site documentation.
* Travel to project sites across Northeast India as required.
Required Skills
* Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, motors, and control panels.
* Understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
* Knowledge of electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
* Ability to work at project sites and follow safety procedures.
* Willingness to travel across Northeast India.
* Strong teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in elevator or escalator installation, control panel wiring, industrial electrical work, or electrical commissioning will be an advantage.
