Document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
Validate system functionality and end-to-end business processes before deployment.
Support release readiness, cutover, post-deployment validation, and stabilization activities.
Assist with user documentation, training, communications, and adoption of new functionality.
Operational Support and Problem Solving
Investigate and resolve production issues affecting SAP SD and MM processes.
Perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams and external support partners to implement sustainable solutions.
Support high-priority or escalated application issues within established incident and problem-management processes.
Work with application management service providers to prioritize tickets, validate proposed solutions, and confirm issue resolution.
