Responsibilities:
Clean and detail semi-trucks, including the proper application of cleaning products and chemicals to interior surfaces.
Vacuum, clean, and sanitize truck interiors, wipe down all surfaces, and remove and dispose of trash from the cab.
Assist the Shop Manager in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing duties such as trash removal, sweeping floors, and general shop cleanup.
Perform all assigned duties safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience detailing semi-trucks, tractors, or passenger vehicles preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and the ability to perform routine computer-related tasks.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 50 pounds or more, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license required; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred.
Must successfully pass pre-employment background and motor vehicle record checks, including meeting company standards regarding DUI and drug-related convictions within the past five years.
Ability to read, write, and understand English, including following written and verbal instructions.
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
