About AccuData Analytics
AccuData Analytics is building an AI-powered SaaS healthcare platform serving US healthcare clients. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect who can take end-to-end ownership of data architecture, platform engineering, integrations, and production reliability.
Important: Hands-on US healthcare data engineering experience is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end design and development of scalable data platforms, from requirements gathering and architecture to implementation and production deployment.
* Make independent technical and architectural decisions to build reliable, secure, and high-performance data systems.
* Design and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, data warehouses, and large-scale data processing workflows.
* Build integrations using REST APIs and connect multiple data sources and systems.
* Lead complex data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives.
* Develop robust backend data processing solutions using Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
* Build scalable cloud-based data infrastructure using AWS and related services.
* Establish monitoring, error handling, performance optimisation, and production reliability practices.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven hands-on experience in US healthcare data engineering.
* Strong experience designing and building data platforms or systems end to end.
* Demonstrated ownership of architecture and technical decisions, not just execution of assigned tasks.
* Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
* Experience with ETL/ELT, data migration, REST API integrations, and large-scale data processing.
* Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS.
* Experience with data quality, validation, reconciliation, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting.
* Ability to independently drive technical solutions from requirements through deployment.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in healthcare technology organisations such as Optum, R1 RCM, CitiusTech, Innovaccer, Cotiviti, AGS Health, Omega Healthcare, GeBBS, Access Healthcare, CorroHealth, or Sagility are encouraged to apply, provided they meet the mandatory US healthcare data engineering requirement.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for someone who has owned and delivered data platforms end to end. Candidates whose experience is limited to routine ETL development, SQL reporting, pipeline maintenance, or isolated implementation tasks without architecture ownership may not be suitable.
