Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a resourceful Employee Wellbeing Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
Facilitate continuous performance management and review cycles.
Develop comprehensive training and professional development programs.
Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
Deep knowledge of modern employment laws and HR best practices.
Exceptional conflict resolution, mediation, and active listening abilities.
Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential employee relations cases.
3-5 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
