Business Development Specialist

Company Description: Bharat Marketing is a solutions provider specializing in central HVAC projects and services. Our team has successfully delivered HVAC solutions across residential developments, hospitals, hotels, resorts, and commercial buildings throughout Rajasthan and Haryana. We specialize in VRF and chiller-based systems and work closely with architects and consultants to ensure seamless integration of HVAC requirements with the project’s design intent.
Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in English language
Proven experience in Lead Generation and business development activities.
Prior experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or related technical sales is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in basic office software and tools.
