Peraton is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiting, Senior Associate to support our Federal Civilian (FedCiv) Sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, proactive candidate sourcing, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates. This individual will support recruiting efforts for funded federal programs, new business opportunities, and proposal initiatives.
