About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Inside the Role
The Product Marketing team plays a critical role throughout the On-Highway product lifecycle, serving as the bridge between customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. The team helps identify customer needs and market opportunities, and influences product enhancements and feature development. As products move toward launch, the Product Marketing team develops sales enablement materials, dealer training content, customer communications, and driver education resources to ensure successful go-to-market execution and customer adoption.
Leveraging direct customer engagement and market feedback, this role translates insights into actionable short-term product enhancements, initiating new projects (NOWs), and ensuring successful product launches. This team member will work closely with Product Strategy to help refine current and future product offerings, while collaborating with Sales and Customer Application Engineering (CAE) to configure customer pre-series vehicles that support product validation and market readiness.
The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, thrives in customer-facing environments, and has hands-on experience in truck specification. Success in this role requires a balance of technical expertise, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
