Job Description
Machine Learning Engineer, Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in mathematics and computer science to support predictive analytics and data-product work across several R&D and IT initiatives. This role is best suited for a versatile candidate who can work across modeling, data engineering, and production implementation, rather than someone narrowly specialized in a single application.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong Python and SQL skills
Applied statistical and machine-learning experience
Experience moving models from experimentation into a repeatable production workflow
Experience with data pipelines and API integrations
Cloud machine-learning experience, preferably Azure/Azure ML
Familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, containers, and model monitoring. Cloud Architects are available to provide support in these areas.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong communication skills are an absolute requirement.
