Salesforce Senior Developer / Experience Cloud Developer
Location: HYD Campus, Hyderabad
Years of Experience: 7-12 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer / Experience Cloud Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds, along with advanced capabilities in Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-driven development tools. This role requires a deep understanding of backend/API development and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
Lead 2-3 implementations of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud for data management and case handling.
Set up and manage Agentforce, including actions, instructions, and prompt engineering.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and maintaining 90%+ code coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory Skills
Salesforce Platform Expertise: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
Core Clouds: Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (2-3 implementations).
Advanced Capabilities: Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Case Management.
AI & Automation: Experience with Agentforce setup and prompt engineering.
Development Tools & CI/CD: Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and deployment pipelines.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Strong skills in unit testing and maintaining high code coverage.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AI-driven development tools (Claude, Cursor, Vibes) and AWS-native services.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
