Role Description
The Architect will work on a full-time, on-site basis in Navi Mumbai, contributing to projects from concept development through construction completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing design concepts, and producing detailed working drawings and documentation. The role involves coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, supporting site supervision, and ensuring that designs comply with local regulations and codes. The Architect will participate in client meetings, assist in project scheduling, and collaborate with the project team to maintain design quality, timelines, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Experience with Integration of multiple design disciplines and coordination with consultants and contractors.
Ability to support Project Management activities such as scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
Familiarity with relevant Software Development concepts or design-oriented software integration is an advantage.
Proficiency in CAD and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and visualization software.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; professional licensure or registration is a plus.
Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, materials, and construction techniques.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail, design sensitivity, and willingness to visit and supervise project sites as required.
